DonE provides comprehensive natural gas power generation solutions, together with EPC services, low-emission equipment and professional technical support, to ensure stable, efficient and environmentally friendly energy supply anywhere in the world.
DonE develops comprehensive natural gas power generation solutions covering gas generator sets, gas turbines, trigeneration systems (CCHP) and distributed power plants.
With the adoption of high-efficiency gas engines and turbines, our systems feature high energy conversion efficiency, low emissions, quick start-up, stable operation and intelligent control.
These solutions are ideal for industrial parks, commercial buildings, data centers, islands, power plants and other facilities that require continuous and reliable supply of electricity, heating and cooling.
Gas generator sets can run on a wide range of gaseous fuels, including natural gas, biogas, hydrogen-rich gas, coal gas, biomass gas, coal-bed methane and associated gas from oil fields.
Thanks to its advanced speed, mixture and ignition control systems, the equipment operates with ultra-lean mixture combustion, lowering exhaust gas temperature and minimizing pollutant emissions to meet the highest national environmental efficiency standards.
Their wide compatibility with various fuels makes them an ideal solution for oil and gas fields, waste treatment plants, livestock and poultry farms, coal mines and other facilities with available gaseous resources.
The soundproof enclosure is designed to deliver high structural strength and excellent protection against rain, snow, dust and other harsh environmental conditions, while providing effective acoustic insulation.
Its modular design supports customized dimensions to facilitate transportation, loading and installation. In addition, it can optimize the initial investment, adjust the number of operating units according to energy demand, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and ensure continuous power supply with higher system availability.
Reduce initial investment, improve the flexibility of the power supply system, and adjust the number of operating units according to load demand. It also cuts operation and maintenance costs, including spare parts and labor, ensures stable and reliable power supply, and maximizes the uptime of the units.
The intelligent remote monitoring platform enables real-time supervision of unit operation via mobile devices or control centers.
The system integrates remote start and stop, coordinated management of multiple units, comprehensive equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis and maintenance scheduling, greatly reducing the need for on-site inspections and operational costs.
In addition, it continuously records all operational data, alarm history and maintenance logs, providing accurate information to optimize management and improve system reliability.
Fuel Pre-treatment
Before entering the power generation system, natural gas undergoes desulfurization and dehydration processes to remove impurities and moisture, ensuring clean fuel and protecting downstream equipment.
Main Power Generation
The treated gas mixes with filtered air and enters the gas engine. Combustion drives the alternator to convert mechanical energy into electricity. The whole process is managed by an intelligent control system to ensure safe and stable operation. The generated power can be used for self-consumption or fed into the power grid.
Waste Heat Recovery
The heat contained in the exhaust gas is recovered by a recovery boiler to generate steam or hot water for industrial processes or heating systems.
At the same time, heat from the engine cooling circuit is recovered by plate heat exchangers, supported by an automatic water replenishment system to ensure optimal thermal performance.
Intelligent Remote Monitoring
The digital supervision platform supports real-time monitoring, operational data collection, performance analysis and automatic alert triggering, enabling efficient and safe operation with minimal manual intervention.
In trigeneration (CCHP) applications, the overall energy efficiency can reach up to 85%, significantly cutting fuel consumption and operational costs.
High-efficiency combustion greatly reduces NOx emissions and other pollutants, maintains low noise levels and complies with international environmental standards.
The system responds quickly to load variations and maintains stable voltage and frequency, making it an ideal solution for main power supply, backup power and emergency
Designed for long-term continuous operation, it delivers a low failure rate, extended service life and lower maintenance costs.
It supports natural gas, biogas, LNG, CNG and other fuel gases, offering high flexibility for various applications and supply conditions.
The system integrates full automation, remote monitoring, automatic fault diagnosis and intelligent operation management to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

It simultaneously provides electricity, heating and cooling for hotels, hospitals, commercial centers, corporate complexes and office buildings.

It supplies reliable power to islands, remote communities, areas without grid access and other off-grid applications.

Its compact design and flexible fuel supply make it a suitable solution for urban distributed generation projects.

It enables the utilization of biogas, landfill gas and industrial waste gases to generate electricity efficiently, cutting emissions and improving the utilization of energy resources.
